Im.pulsa is a political and electoral learning platform and community — plural, open, and free — that supports diverse women in entering and remaining in institutional politics. With Im.pulsa, knowledge that was once expensive and restricted becomes accessible to many.

Im.pulsa is for:

  • Women voters who want to better understand elections and politics
  • Women candidates and their campaign teams
  • Women who already hold office and their teams
  • Women who want to occupy and transform political spaces

Elas No Poder

In Brazil, Im.pulsa is a partnership between Instituto Update and Elas No Poder, a non-governmental organization whose goal is to increase women’s participation in politics and strengthen their presence in political power spaces.
